Eligibility

Logivibe is intended for personal entertainment and learning. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use Logivibe without parent or guardian consent. If you use Logivibe on behalf of a child or household member, you are responsible for that use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse Logivibe, interfere with services, exploit bugs, manipulate scores, submit fraudulent purchases, bypass consent or entitlement controls, reverse engineer protected services, automate unfair gameplay, scrape or copy content at scale, upload malicious content, or use Logivibe in a way that harms other players, JFR Studio, store platforms, or service providers.

Accounts, Cloud Sync, Achievements, And Leaderboards

Logivibe may use anonymous Firebase identity, Google Play Games, Apple Game Center, cloud sync, achievements, and leaderboards. You are responsible for the accounts and devices you use. Scores, achievements, progress, rewards, and cloud saves may be corrected, withheld, removed, reset, or disabled if they appear fraudulent, corrupted, abusive, technically invalid, or inconsistent with fair play.

Purchases And Subscriptions

Purchases, subscriptions, refunds, billing methods, taxes, renewal, and cancellation are handled by the app store or platform where you made the purchase. Store policies apply to refunds and subscription management. Logivibe may verify purchases and maintain entitlement records so paid benefits and restore-purchase flows work correctly.

Prices, offers, free trials, subscription periods, product availability, and included benefits may vary by platform, region, store, or promotion. Unless a store policy or applicable law says otherwise, purchases of consumable virtual items are final once delivered.

Virtual Items, Rewards, And Ads

Logivibe may include hints, tokens, rewards, premium status, ad removal, rewarded ads, interstitial ads, and other virtual benefits. Virtual items have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be limited, changed, or removed where needed for security, balance, platform rules, legal compliance, or service operation. Reward availability is not guaranteed; ads may fail to load, be unavailable in some regions, or be disabled by consent, entitlement state, Remote Config, platform requirements, or operational conditions.

Updates And Availability

Logivibe may change, suspend, or discontinue features, modes, puzzles, ads, purchases, cloud services, leaderboards, achievements, tutorials, rewards, or web access. We aim to protect legitimate progress and purchases, but availability can be affected by app stores, Firebase, Cloudflare, device platforms, network conditions, maintenance, security incidents, or other operational events.

Intellectual Property

Logivibe, including its software, puzzle systems, generated content, visuals, audio, text, logos, trademarks, and design, belongs to JFR Studio or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, create competing services from, or remove proprietary notices from Logivibe content except where permitted by law.

Feedback And Support

If you send feedback, bug reports, suggestions, screenshots, or support messages, you give JFR Studio permission to use them to provide support, debug, improve, and operate Logivibe without payment or obligation to you. Do not send information you do not have the right to share.

Third-Party Services

Logivibe relies on third-party platforms and services, including app stores, Firebase, Google services, Apple services, advertising providers, and Cloudflare. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms, policies, account settings, and regional requirements.

Disclaimers

Logivibe is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, JFR Studio disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, JFR Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, business opportunities, or device availability arising from your use of Logivibe.

Suspension And Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if you violate these terms, abuse the service, create risk for other users, compromise security or billing, manipulate fair play, or expose Logivibe or its providers to legal, operational, or platform risk.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms when Logivibe, legal requirements, store-platform requirements, or our services change. The effective date shows the latest published version. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms, where allowed by law.
