Data Deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of account-linked Logivibe data. Logivibe is operated by JFR Studio.

How To Request Deletion
- Email [email protected] with the subject "Logivibe data deletion request".
- If possible, send the request from the same email account you use for app-store support, purchases, or previous support messages.
- Include your Logivibe player identifier or copied support diagnostics if the app provides them. Do not send passwords or payment card details.
- Tell us whether you want account-linked gameplay data deleted, support messages deleted, or both.
Data We Delete
After verification, we delete or anonymize account-linked Logivibe data that is no longer needed, which may include cloud-save records, gameplay progress, profile records, settings, daily challenge records, achievements mirrored by Logivibe, leaderboard records controlled by Logivibe, support diagnostics, and support messages.
Data That May Be Retained
Some records may be retained where required or permitted by law, app-store rules, platform requirements, security needs, dispute handling, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, or purchase restoration. App-store purchase history, Google Play Games data, Apple Game Center data, device settings, and advertising choices may also need to be managed through the relevant Google, Apple, device, or app-store account tools.
Timing
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days unless more time is needed to verify the request, resolve security concerns, comply with legal obligations, or complete provider-side deletion workflows.
Before You Request Deletion
Deletion can remove cloud-saved progress, rewards, local-to-cloud links, and account-linked recovery state. Purchases made through Google Play or Apple may remain visible in your store account according to the store's own policies.
