Logivibe is a mobile and web logic puzzle game operated by JFR Studio. This policy explains how Logivibe collects, uses, shares, protects, retains, and deletes information when you use the app, website, cloud save, purchases, ads, analytics, diagnostics, support, and native game services.

Information We Collect
- Account and player identifiers, such as anonymous Firebase user identifiers, app player identifiers, and linked Google Play Games or Apple Game Center identifiers when you choose to use those services.
- Gameplay and progress data, such as puzzle state, scores, streaks, achievements, leaderboard entries, resources, settings, daily challenge results, tutorial progress, difficulty signals, and cloud-save records.
- Purchase and entitlement data, such as product identifiers, subscription status, purchase verification results, entitlement state, restore-purchase results, and store transaction signals returned by Google Play or Apple.
- Analytics and diagnostics data, such as app version, platform, device type, language, country or region inferred by service providers, gameplay events, screen flow, feature exposure, performance data, crash reports, error logs, and Remote Config exposure.
- Advertising and consent data, such as Google UMP consent state, ad availability, rewarded ad outcomes, ad frequency signals, and ad SDK signals when ads are enabled and consent allows ad requests.
- Support information you send to us, such as your email address, support messages, screenshots, copied diagnostics, and information needed to investigate your request.
- Website delivery data, such as IP address, user agent, request URL, timestamps, and security logs processed by Cloudflare and related hosting infrastructure.
How We Use Information
- Provide gameplay, cloud sync, achievements, leaderboards, daily challenges, settings, tutorials, rewards, purchases, subscriptions, and support.
- Verify purchases, restore entitlements, prevent fraud, enforce fair play, and keep billing and reward ledgers consistent.
- Improve puzzle quality, difficulty calibration, onboarding, accessibility, stability, performance, and overall user experience.
- Show ads where enabled, including rewarded ads, subject to consent, entitlement state, store rules, and regional requirements.
- Detect, investigate, and respond to bugs, crashes, abuse, security incidents, operational incidents, and policy violations.
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, security, consumer protection, and app-store obligations.
Legal Bases Where Required
Where laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, we rely on the legal bases that fit the specific processing: performance of a contract to provide the app and purchases; legitimate interests to secure, maintain, debug, and improve Logivibe; consent for optional analytics, diagnostics, and advertising where required; and legal obligation for records that must be kept for compliance, accounting, tax, safety, or store-platform reasons.
Service Providers And Sharing
Logivibe uses service providers that process information for the purposes described in this policy. They may include Firebase and Google Cloud, Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Performance Monitoring, Firebase Remote Config, Google AdMob and UMP, Google Play Billing, Google Play Games, Apple Game Center, Apple in-app purchase services, Cloudflare Pages, and customer support tooling. We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising except where an advertising SDK is used with your consent or as otherwise allowed by applicable law and platform settings.
Consent And Choices
Logivibe provides privacy controls in Settings where supported. You can manage app analytics and diagnostics there. Google UMP handles ad consent and ad partner options where required. You can also use your device, platform, Google, Apple, or browser settings to limit identifiers, notifications, tracking, personalized ads, and other platform-controlled features.
Data Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Gameplay and cloud-save data are generally kept while your Logivibe player profile remains active. Purchase and entitlement records may be kept as long as needed for restore flows, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, store obligations, and legal compliance. Support, diagnostic, and security records are kept only as long as needed to resolve requests, maintain the service, protect users, and meet legal obligations.
Data Deletion
You can request deletion of account-linked Logivibe data by contacting [email protected] or by following the instructions at https://logivibe.app/data-deletion. Some records, such as purchase, fraud-prevention, security, tax, accounting, or legal records, may be retained where required or permitted by law, platform rules, or legitimate security needs.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. We may need information to verify and process your request.
Children
Logivibe is not directed to children under 13 and is not intended for use by children where parental consent is required by local law. If you believe a child has provided personal information through Logivibe, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
International Processing
Information may be processed in countries other than your own by JFR Studio and the service providers listed above. Those providers are responsible for the safeguards they apply to international transfers and processing under their own legal obligations and contracts.
Security
Logivibe uses platform authentication, Firebase security rules, App Check where configured, HTTPS transport, access controls, provider security controls, and operational monitoring to protect information. No system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, but we work to limit data handling to the purposes described here.
Changes
We may update this policy when Logivibe, service providers, legal requirements, store-platform requirements, or our data practices change. The effective date shows the latest published version.
